John Lindeman
John Lindeman serves as President of Unlocked Mission (UM). Enlisted as co-founders Peter and Michele Borne’s friend, fan. John enthusiastically applies his extensive non-profit board experience and love of music toward creating an effective governance model for undergirding and advancing UM’s compelling motto for mission: Unlocking Creativity and Uniting Communities.
David Feily
Multi-instrumentalist David Feily is a recording and performing artist based in the Twin Cities. You can find him on stage, in the studio, or writing with an array of collaborators in addition to his work as a solo artist. David also has more than 15 years of experience as a music educator and currently is on faculty at MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis. David has a passion to expose all genre of music to those underserved communities.
Sue Mulkern
Sue is a lifelong friend of Peter and Michele’s and is someone who chooses to live life to the fullest wherever she goes. An Executive with UnitedHealth Group’s Merger & Acquisition business, Sue specializes in strategic planning, goal alignment, and coaching leaders on living their values. Sue is passionate about health & wellbeing, and is drawn to UM’s mission to unite communities through the healing power of music.
David Knoll
David Knoll joins The Unlocked Mission Board as a Director and Treasurer. David brings over 41 years of financial, organizational, and business leadership experience through a wide variety of organizational management both for profit industries and nonprofit settings.
David earned his BA degree in Accounting and History from Gustavus Adolphus College. He has an MBA with a concentration in Venture Management from The University of St. Thomas Opus Graduate School of Business in 1995. He currently serves as the Director of Operations and Finance at Wayzata Community Church in Wayzata, MN.

“Dr.” Matt Fink
Matt Fink , better known as Dr. Fink, is a keyboardist, producer, and songwriter best-known for playing keyboards in Prince’s band, The Revolution. At Prince concerts, he was distinguished onstage for performing dressed in a surgical mask and scrubs.
He has also worked with artists, songwriters and producers, including The Time, Lipps Inc., The Jets, Vanity 6, David Z., Bobby Z., P. Diddy, and The Rembrandts Fink has won three Grammy Awards, three American Music Awards, and numerous RIAA gold and platinum awards for his work with Prince and The Revolution.

Mike Stumvoll
Mike is a passionate, results-driven leader with over 20 years of product, program, and channel strategy development. His relationship building and problem solving expertise serves to support his valuable roll as an active board member. He is Managing Partner of Mikes of America, a “Community of Unity,” designed to help those in need by raising funds for worthy nonprofit organizations across the country.
Shannon McGuire
Shannon McGuire is an experienced urban music educator, enthusiastic about creating opportunities that resonate with students/performers and communities. She loves seeing people of all ages and backgrounds shine confidently, expressing who they are through the transformative power of music.
Shannon teaches music for Minneapolis Public Schools, sings professionally with Minnesota Chorale, and owns a photography business. She earned a Bachelor of Music in Education from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
